What happens after the placing of an implant?

What is an artificial bone?
Artificial bone is put in places where there is a bone missing
and where a dental implant will later be positioned. The reasons for
bone missing are all the processes which lead to bone loss, as well as the
processes which lead to tooth loss. Artificial bone is almost
completely replaced by natural bone and this takes about 6 months.
